Holding a bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurship from HEC (Hautes Études Commerciales), he has developed numerous business projects aimed at creating economic leverage to support communities and ecosystems. Through the Bonapace Foundation, Dany wishes to apply his expertise and leadership to the safeguarding of the living, for the benefit of future generations.

With over 15 years of experience in the fields of strategic communications, organizational management, and project management, Maude has worked with a wide range of local and international clients, particularly in the industrial and mining sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from UQAT (M.Sc.) and has participated in several social innovation projects in partnership with the scientific research community. She is actively involved in her community, serving as a board member of the University of Quebec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and the Regional Development Council of Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Thanks to her extensive network of contacts and her boundless energy, she knows how to create winning conditions to maximize the positive impacts of the projects she is involved in.

Lina has over 30 years of international experience in design thinking, innovation, and strategic development. Originally from Rouyn-Noranda, she lived in Milan for several years. During this time, she worked as a consultant, teacher, and speaker at design faculties and schools in Italy and abroad. She has worked with prestigious clients such as Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Whirlpool, and Philips. She has also served on the executive committees of various international-level ergonomics associations. It was upon returning to Canada that she began collaborating with her brother Dany. Together, they founded rEnergize Capital, the parent company of rEnergize MultiTex, with the mantra "together we do better." With her ability to connect ideas and translate them into actionable strategies, Lina contributes to establishing solid strategic and operational foundations within the foundation.

Odette is a strategic advisor and ACC-certified executive coach. She has over 40 years of experience with both private and public organizations. With a background in design, architecture, and environmental psychology, she is deeply committed to the well-being of individuals. Throughout her career, she has held various management positions, including serving as the General Director of Champlain Regional College from 2016 to 2023. She has also been a member of various committees and boards in the higher education sector, where she held executive leadership roles. By participating in the development of large-scale projects in Quebec and internationally, Odette has gained valuable experience working with small, medium, and large organizations. She now aims to support individuals who aspire to reach their goals more quickly and effectively.

Melanie is Dany’s wife. A social worker by profession, caring for others has always been second nature to her. She has worked at the MRC de la Vallée-de-l’Or and the Val-d’Or Centre d’amitié autochtone. Her commitment has made a difference in the lives of many people, particularly among members of the Lac-Simon Indigenous community. Today, she takes care of the animals living at the sanctuary she co-founded with Dany a few years ago, giving them a chance to live in health and safety. With her strength of character and direct approach, Melanie serves as a guiding light, ensuring that our actions truly contribute to protecting life.

Eric is a corporate lawyer with a background at some of the most prestigious law firms in the world. He has represented cutting-edge companies, including nonprofit organizations, in their mergers and acquisitions transactions. He has advised growing businesses and assisted various sponsors in the formation of private equity funds. Committed to pro bono work, Eric provides legal services to underrepresented groups, particularly in asylum applications and public school funding advocacy. He earned his degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he received the Dean’s Distinguished Merit Scholarship and was consistently named to the Dean’s List.

He is also the one who, by questioning the future of the world, sparked a series of projects aimed at caring for ecosystems, animals, and people—including the Bonapace Foundation. A student pursuing a DEC in Business Administration, this 18-year-old young leader aspires to make his mark in the world of finance and entrepreneurship, fields in which he already shows great talent. Energetic, ambitious, and sociable, he embodies the voice of youth and the future of the foundation.

Frederic has lived in Rouyn-Noranda for several decades, where he works as a family and emergency doctor. Deeply involved in his community, he has been coaching the local men’s basketball team for many years. In 2022, he was among the doctors who spoke out to inform the public about the risks associated with toxic emissions in Rouyn-Noranda. Through the Bonapace Foundation, Frederic hopes to continue his commitment to improving the health of citizens in his community and beyond.

A trained CPA, Patricia furthered her education in tax, investments, Estate and succession planning. She was awarded the title of FCPA in recognition of her contribution to enhancing the visibility, reputation, and credibility of the accounting profession. After leaving Deloitte in 1998, she pioneered the startup of her family’s “Single Family Office” that further developed into the areas of investments, family governance, managing wealth as it is transitioned to future generations. This has led her to become a co-founder and Chairperson of Crysalia Inc., a Chief Learning & Development Office for Enterprising Families allowing families and their members to harness the full potential of their human capital. Throughout her life, Patricia could extend herself outside her comfort zone. With passion and purpose, she became very generous with her time as she serves in key leadership roles on a variety of boards and advisory committees, for profit and non-profit organizations. A regular speaker at numerous national and international forums, she was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2025 in recognition of her outstanding contribution to our country.

As the first rapper to emerge from Abitibi, he founded Disques 7ième Ciel, the largest francophone hip-hop label in Canada. The label has played a key role in launching the careers of major Quebec artists such as Samian, Koriass, FouKi, Souldia, Jay Scøtt, and Zach Zoya. Widely recognized by his peers, notably at the ADISQ Gala, this artist-entrepreneur remains a passionate advocate for culture and entrepreneurial development in his region.

Karine has always been concerned with social inequalities. She earned a bachelor's degree in criminology from the Université de Montréal in 2003 and worked closely with vulnerable populations. After several years in the field, she shifted her career toward philanthropy. Since 2018, she has served as Executive Director of the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue Foundation, where she led the largest fundraising campaign in the institution's history. In 2023, she completed a master’s degree in organizational management with honors. Her thesis, titled Donor Retention: A Behavioral Model of the Philanthropic Journey in the University Setting, explores the giving patterns of long-term donors in the post-secondary education sector. A proud citizen of Rouyn-Noranda, Karine is convinced that community engagement is a powerful driver of social change and is committed to using her philanthropic expertise to help advance the Bonapace Foundation.

Deeply concerned about public health issues in his community, he remains actively engaged in improving the situation. A founding member of the ARET Committee and a committed citizen involved in monitoring the biosurveillance studies of the Abitibi-Témiscamingue Public Health Directorate, he places his medical expertise and scientific rigor at the service of collective well-being.
